Twin blasts at a tea-shop in Mogadishu kill 3, wound 7
At least three people were killed, and seven others wounded in twin hand grenade blasts at a small but busy tea-shop in Somali capital, Mogadishu on Saturday evening, a witness said.
According to the witness who did want to be named in print, told Radio Shabelle over the phone that unknown assailants tossed two grenades at the cafe, targeting government soldiers.
The explosions which were powerful and could be heard parts of the capital occurred at a tea-shop frequented by government soldiers which is located in Tarabunka area.
No group has yet claimed credit for the attack, but the city had been hit by similar bombings in the past which were carried out by the Al Qaeda-affiliated Al shabaab militants.
